During free roam, Neil gets a text message from Miller, making the mission available
Miller: Meet me at Alice's Restaurant
Once the player activates the mission at Alice's Restaurant, a cutscene occurs
Neil walks into Alice's Restaurant and finds Miller eating at a booth. Neil sits down at the booth across from him and a conversation starts
Neil: You on your lunch break?
Miller: Nope, just a slow day.
Neil: Oh yeah, speaking of slow day, how's Rodney going along?
Miller: *Interrupting Neil* I'm still looking into it, but I need you to do something.
Neil: *Sighs* What?
Miller: To make a long story short, I was gonna do a sting operation on some meth dealers out near a construction yard and things got to be a little too...messy. Anyway, I left one of the...guys...in a hatchback near there. Grey Blista Compact. Take an excavator from there...and don't watch where you're going.
Neil: Oh-oh, yeah, gotcha.
The player gains control of Neil. The player is instructed to enter the construction site
The player enters the construction site. The player is instructed to enter a parked excavator
The player enters the excavator. The player is then instructed to crush the Blista. After entering the excavator, a construction worker yells out to Neil as he gets a two-star wanted level
The player enters the excavator. The player is then instructed to crush the hatchback. After entering the excavator, a construction worker yells out to Neil as he gets a two-star wanted level
Worker: You can't drive that thing! You can kill someone with it!
Once the player gets close to the Blista, a short cutscene occurs
The player regains control of Neil. The player is instructed to lose their 2-star wanted level
The player looses their wanted level
Mission passed. Neil automatically calls Miller
Neil: I wrecked that car up for you, they'll be more concerned with moving that car to a scrapyard rather than whatever's inside it.
Miller: Sounds good to me.
Neil: Now are you gonna look into my guy?
Miller: Eh...just one last favor and I'll look into it.
Neil: Fine.
Neil hangs up
